I wanted to write and thank you for all your help in organizing the wonderful trip to Vietnam that our family just returned from. Everything went very smoothly and all the guides, drivers, hotel people were terrific. Our time with Thuy in Saigon was so much fun– she had such great energy and we learned so much about the culture, people, landscape, history from her. And Nam was also very good during our arrival day in Hanoi and then our trip up to Sapa. We didn’t get good weather up north but we were able to make the best out of some cold, rainy hiking days.
All the hotels worked out very nicely. We especially liked La veranda on Phu Quoc, the Au Co boat cruise on Ha Long Bay ( truly wonderful), and the Continental in Saigon was a beautiful historic start to our trip. We were a little less impressed with the Mekong Lodge in the Delta but it was still a good up-close look at the daily life on the river.
Thank you again for all your help and guidance, and we will be certain to share our positive recommendation of ITS with friends who might be traveling to that part of the world.
