Day 1: Arrival in Ha Noi
On arrival into Hanoi you will be met by one of our staff and transferred by car to your hotel in Hanoi. Dinner has been arranged for you, so no need to worry. We suggest resting up for your first game of golf starts early in the morning.
Day 2: Ha Noi - Hanoi Sky Lake Golf Course - Ha Noi (B,L,D)
The morning starts early as we transfer you to a morning game of golf at the Hanoi Sky Lake Golf Course (it takes 1 hour to drive there) 18 holes, green fee and caddie fee are included. Your game complete you will enjoy a leisurely lunch at the Club House. http://skylakegolfclub.vn/Eng/

Day 3: Ha Noi - Pandaw Cruise (B, L, D)
In the morning, we transfer you by car back to Hanoi, to begin your 10 day with Pandaw Cruise https://www.pandaw.com/expeditions/halong-bay-red-river
Your driver will see to it that you embark your Pandaw ship in plenty of time to enjoy a stop off for lunch en-route. Cast off will be late afternoon, with a welcome cocktail ready to greet you for an evening sail, dropping anchor in a sheltered bay amidst the beautiful island scenery.
Day 4: Ha Long Bay (B,L,D)
Enjoy a delicious breakfast and the beauty of a morning sail around Halong Bay. You will be mesmerized by the dramatic 1,500 dramatic limestone islands and extraordinary rock formations, dating back 20 million years.
Following breakfast, the boat will stop at Viet Hai Village and this will allow you to go ashore and explore on mountain bike or electric buggy, the local village’s vegetable farms and typical village houses. It is a breath-taking trip along a small road winding its way through the limestone rocks.
Day 5: Ha Long Bay (B,L,D)
The exploration of Halong Bay continues with a visit to the so called “Dark and Bright Cave”.
You can take a kayak or a local basket boat rowed by fishermen and enter this remarkable cave which is like entering the crater of a volcano. Bats can be heard in the cave and massive stalagmites hang from the ceiling. This day exploring the caves is one of the highlights of this cruise.
Arrive back on your ship to enjoy a cool cocktail and the afternoons ship entertainment.
Day 6: The Kinh Thay River (B)
Enjoy your delicious breakfast while you observe the lively and interesting life of the Kinh Thay river, a key commercial waterway. You will see the river teaming with traffic and daily life.
Meet your guide in the dining room for a lecture on Vietnam, its history, geography and the boat people. A day to relax and take in the observations from your deck balcony or upper deck lounge
Day 7: Bat Trang Village (B,L,D)
Today the ship is cruising towards Hanoi. En-route, you will stop at Bat Trang which is a village famous for its ceramics. On the way back to the ship you will be treated to a traditional unicorn and lion dance on the jetty. This dance originated in China and spread over Southeast Asia and is lively, loud and colourful.
Back on the ship enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure and don’t forget cocktail hour in the early evening as you bask in the calm of the setting sun.
Day 8: Ha Noi (B, L,D)
Today, the ship will drop anchor in the capital and the bustling city of Hanoi, where we will take you on a guided tour to visit some highlights of this Asian metropolis. Must-sees will include the notorious Vietnam War prison known as the Hanoi Hilton, temple of literature where Confucius did his thinking, and the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. Your ship’s team will ensure you are fully catered for all meals during your day in Hanoi and back on board.
Day 9: The Lower Red River (B, L, D)
Today, your ship sets sail from Hanoi up the Red River to Viet Tri – not the most picturesque of towns, but an excellent base for going deeper into Highland Vietnam.
From this location you are taken ashore to visit a timeless Arcadian Vietnam with emerald green rice paddies similar to those you see in the pictures as they spring up and are punctuated by limestone rock formations. Of particular interest are the Thay and Tay Phuong Pagodas. Not many people venture so far into this highland region so you are experiencing nature at its best.
Back on the ship you will once again get to enjoy the spoils of your stateroom and a cool drink on the deck.
Day 10: Lo River (B, L, D)
Today is a day full of discovery. In the morning your ship cruises to Tien Du ferry station to the village of Gia Thanh, makers of the conical hats (known as ‘non la’). Take in the sights and sounds of the bustling river with all kinds of craft and activity. Imagine almost a city or community of people who use the river as their place to meet, shop and transport goods. Your ship will welcome you back on board for another delightful evening of cruising.

Today is sadly the day you will disembark following breakfast at (08.30am). However you will have time for us to take you to visit a museum and local village where villagers still wear traditional dress. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant, followed by a transfer to Hanoi.
Back on land in Hanoi, one of Vietnam’s most charismatic cities, enjoy your night’s stay in Hanoi.
Day 14: Ha Noi (B,L,D)
After a nice early breakfast, we head off for a day of golf at the Golf at King Island Golf Course (it takes 1 hour driving) http://brgkingsislandgolf.vn/2/56/Home.aspx
Enjoy 18 holes, green fee and caddie fee included. Followed by Lunch at Club House.
On completion of your lunch, your driver will take you back to your Hanoi hotel.
Enjoy your last night in Hanoi.
Day 15: Ha Noi (B)
Transfer to airport for flight home.
