The purpose of the function
Assisting in the sales of tours and a proper handling of the standard quotes and bookings.
Responsibilities
  • Reach the sales target
  • Create tour products, update to system or brochures
  • Create new products, new tours, promotions, improve current products
  • Optimize selling/ buying price, make sure the compatative price of ITS on all selling channel
  • Comparing buying and selling prices
  • Handle seasonal selling quotes
  • Independence ensure the proper handling of quotes and bookings
  • Ensure timely posting quotations, confirmations and travel documents to the client
  • Control customer services and quality of services
  • Support Marketing Executive on Set up and developt CRM
  • Support online sales Team on Marketing team on content of www.itsvietnam.com
  • Support, attend fair, fam trips, sales event of ITS when requested
  • Ensure that the workplace/desk is neat and tidy
  • Regularly and correctly perform the assigned additional tasks
  • Report on quotation and booking
  • Sending report to supervisor in time
Job activities
  • Customer contact: consult with customers about the handling of the journey
  • Developing quotes and bookings
  • Administration: the development of quotes, checking availibility, making the confirmations and travel documents, book and print tickets, financial settlement of the booking
  • All other common activities if here the importance of company is well served
