Da Lat’s Lien Khuong International Airport (DLI) officially reopened on August 19 after its six-month renovation closure. Lien Khuong is the main air hub connecting Vietnam’s central highlands with both domestic and international destinations like Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. Vietnam Airlines currently operates domestic flights between Da Lat Lien Khuong (DLI) and Hanoi (HAN), Hai Phong (HPH), Da Nang (DAD), Ho Chi Minh City (SGN), and Can Tho (VCA). Starting September 1, 2026, travelers can experience the new Hue – Phong Nha train connecting the two UNESCO World Heritage sites. The 190-km journey takes over 4.5 hours, starting at Hue station and finishing at Tho Loc station. It is scheduled to run daily in both directions, departing from Hue at 07:15 and Tho Loc at 13:15.
