-    Upon receipt of your request or booking, we will immediately send a short notice to acknowledge the receipt
-    We will deal with your requests or bookings and send out our detailed proposal within 24 hours or tour confirmation within 48 hours with details of specific terms & conditions

2.    Prices

-    Prices are based on “per pax”, twin shared basic.
-    Single supplement will be charged starting from 2 pax up for each pax occupying a single room.
-    Reduction for 3rd pax in triple room depends in each booking
-    Child reduction (sharing bed of parents): under 2 years FOC; under 12 years -30%

3.    Cancellation policy:

-    Any cancellation at 45 days prior to arrival date: NO charge( except in case of  issuing the flight tickets to guarantee the seats)
-    Any cancellation between 44 days to 30 days prior to arrival date: 25% charge
-    Any cancellation between 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival date: 50% charge
-    Any cancellation between 14 days to 4 days prior to arrival date: 75% charge
-    Any cancellation less than  3 days: 100% charge
-    Any cancellation due to irresistible reasons such as war, strikes, earth quarthe... will be subject to no charge

4.    Payment policy:

-    Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival date
     Method of payment:
-    By credit card
-    By bank transfer
-    The bank fees are on the sender

5.    Hotels

-    Availability: Please note that all hotels are available at the date of quotation. We reserve the right to replace with similar properties in the same category according to the date we receive the booking. We will advise to you accordingly with the surcharge if any.
-    Prices are not included surcharge for peak season, compulsary meals (Xmas or New year period or Public Holidays)
-     All the above points of interest are open for visit based on current updating. In case of closing for construction or any reason, we will replace
-     Above itinerary is based on current checking of flight schedule. In case of flight change, the itinerary will be changed accordingly.
-    No early check in or late check out are included except indicated in the program. Generally, the check in time is 14.00pm and check out time is 12.00pm
-     Any additional expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as natural calamities (typhoon, floods), flight delays, rescheduling or cancellations, any accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes etc.

6.     Flights

Please be advised that Flight schedules by Vietnam Airlines are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any flight schedule change, the itinerary will be adjusted accordingly. We will try to guarantee the price and program as confirmed. But we have the case to inform of any incurred surcharges. Furthermore, we are not reliable for the fact that in case of flight schedule change that clients cannot connect the international flights

7.    Visa

Every traveler (except some nationalities) is requested with a visa in order to enter Vietnam except for countries that Vietnam Government has signed the contract of visa exemption for the citizens of respective countries
ITS has the permission to apply the visa into Vietnam for foreign traveler. In this case, we will be representative office of traveler in Vietnam. However, we will not hold any responsibility for any acts against Vietnamese Government stimulated by the traveler that gives harms to Vietnam.

4. Warranty

ITS will commit all the services as confirmed and stated in tour confirmation. However we are not reliable for any injure, loss or damage borne by clients during their journey due to circumstances beyond ITS’s control
Once we send out tour confirmation, we send all full information on places and destinations; we will not hold any responsibility due to the fact that these destinations change appearances due to any irresistible reasons. In this case, we will arrange the visit to alternative with similar costs

5. Jurisdiction

Any dispute which cannot be settled on mutual compromise will be settled at the Court where ITS is located
