GENERAL TOUR INCLUSIONS: Hotel accommodation including breakfast, meals as indicated in itinerary, private tour with English speaking guide, all entrance fees, boat excursions as per itinerary, land tour and transfers with A/C vehicle, domestic air tickets.

TOUR EXCLUSIONS: International air tickets; visa; meals not noted in the itinerary; beverages, tips & personal expenses; extra charge for travel & services on Tet, Christmas, New Year or other Public Holidays.

All product pricing is quoted in United States Dollars.

The invoiced tour price is payable at least 45 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL of the client (start of journey). Payment shall be made in US dollars, into the account specified in the invoice. All the bank fees are on the sender (with extra about 25usd -40usd per each transaction). Payment by credit card is accepted. If payment is by credit card, a 4% fee will be added for American Express, and 3.5% for Visa or Master Card.

Non-payment in advance will result in cancellation of tour, unless Agent credit terms are arranged in advance with ITS.

Any cancellation charges levied by suppliers will be charged to Agent.


Cancellation fees will apply as follows:

  • 46 days before arrival – no cancellation fee (except special note for groups or bookings in peak season)
  • 45 to 30 days before arrival date – 10% of tour price
  • 29 to 15 days before arrival date – 30% of tour price
  • 14 to 6 days before arrival date – 50% of tour price
  • Less than 6 days – no show – 100% of tour price

It is a condition of booking with every Agent that Agent ensures its Clients have adequate insurance cover. Such insurance cover should provide sufficient coverage against unexpected cancellation charges, journey delays, medical costs that might be incurred while travelling overseas, loss of money, or belongings, or personal liability claims. In the event of a claim for loss or damages, in the first instance Client and/or Agent should make such claim through the Insurance provider.


Any dispute which cannot be settled on mutual compromise will be settled at the Court where ITS is located.



Any unused tour features either on air transportation or for land arrangements are not refundable or exchangeable.


All tour prices are in US dollars and are based on tariffs and rates of currency exchange in effect at the time of printing. These rates are subject to change as deemed necessary and fair by Indochina Travel Services. Your tour prices are guaranteed once Indochina Travel Services has received your full payment. Only currency surcharges, flight schedule changes which require additional nights and cost to be added to the package will result in an assessment to each passenger.


Baggage is at owner’s risk throughout.

Baggage allowance varies by airline and is subject to change at any time. For up to date baggage allowance restrictions, Please contact airlines for your detailed information baggage allowance for domestic flight in Vietnam and inter-Asia flight is one piece at 20kg only. Excess baggage charge and insurance is at the owner’s responsibility.


All customers’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date of your trip.

Entry visa, in general, required for going to Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam


For children 11 years and under, if they share a room with parents or 2 adults and not ask for an extra bed, the cost is 75% of a regular adult price; if they need a bed in the same room with parent(s) or adult(s) the cost with be 90% of the regular adult price. Children 12 and older will be charged at the regular adult price.


Indochina Travel Services, as tour operator, acts only as an agent for contracted services. All travel arrangements included in this trip are made on participant’s behalf upon the express condition that neither Indochina Travel Services nor its agents shall be liable responsible in the absence of its (or their) negligence for any direct, indirect, consequential harm, or irregularity of any kind which may be accessioned by reason of any act or omission of any person or entity, including without limitation, any act of negligence or breach of contract of any third party such as an airline, train, motor coach, private car, cruise vessel, boat, or any other conveyance, hotel, sightseeing provider, local ground-handler, restaurant, etc. which is to or does supply any goods or services for this trip. Participant understands that Indochina Travel Services neither owns nor operates such third party suppliers and accordingly agrees to seek remedies directly and only with those suppliers and not hold Indochina Travel Services responsible for their acts, omissions or commissions. Without their limiting the foregoing, Indochina Travel Services and its agents are not responsible for any losses or expenses due to delay or changes of schedule, overbooking of accommodations, default of any third parties, sickness, weather, strike, acts of God, acts of terrorism, force majeure, acts of government’s civil disturbances, war, quarantine, customs regulations, epidemics, criminal activity or for any other cause beyond its control. All such losses or expenses have to be borne and paid for bye the participant.

Indochina Travel Services accepts no responsibility for value, reliability, quality or authenticity of any goods purchased while on tour or for any mailing, freight or shipping arrangements.

Indochina Travel Services reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as tour participant, should such person’s health, mental condition, physical infirmity or general deportment impede the operation of the tour or the rights, welfare or enjoyment of other tour participant.

Indochina Travel Services reserves the right to substitute hotels and alter the itinerary, withdraw any tour and make any desirable alternation for the convenience of the operation of tours.

Indochina Travel Services accepts no responsibility for cost which may occur as a result of a participant failing to secure adequate insurance coverage, which coverage is highly recommended.

Indochina Travel Services is not responsible for participant’s visa or passport requirements nor will a refund or unused service be made, nor the reimbursement of any additional expenditure if the participant is denied the entry to a country for this or any other reason.

The issuance of tickets and vouchers shall be deemed to be consent to the above terms and conditions.
