Visit the famous Tam Thanh Grotto, an impressive cave with an internal pool and Buddhist altars. Walk a few hundred feet up the stone staircase, and explore the ruins of the Mac Dynasty Citadel, with its stunning views of the sweeping rice fields all around the area. Next, tour through Lang Son town and visit the Tam Thanh border market. Finally, explore the neighboring Dong Kinh Market, known for the sales of local cows and buffaloes.

Visit the surrounding Tay, Nung, Dao and Hmong ethnic minority villages to get an in-depth look of how varied the Vietnamese culture is.

Visit the Pac Bo Cave, located at the mouth of the confluence of the Bang Giang and Hien rivers.
